I grew up going to doctor appointments with my grandparents, old enough to be in the room and young enough to be paying close attention. At 17, a healthcare practicum put me inside a hospital for the first time, observing in labor and delivery and cardiac units. In college I took my first patient care role as an orthopedic rehab technician, working alongside clinical staff. That experience shaped how I understand the work clinic teams carry in a way no training program could replicate.

For almost two decades I worked across orthopedics, fertility medicine, and primary care settings, moving from frontline clinical and operational roles through to senior leadership, including serving as Director of Marketing at three organizations. This progression kept me consistently at the intersection of practice operations, provider relationships, and patient experience. I have led provider and patient experience initiatives, supported clinical leadership teams through team development, and been in the room at every level of the organization.

human.heart.work. is built on that foundation. It is a boutique decision support practice offering structured, specific support for the decisions that clinical teams and the leaders who run them are carrying right now. The practice is deliberately small because depth requires proximity.
