for leaders
HERO
Some decisions do not have a good internal audience.
Not because the people around you are not capable. Because they are inside the same organization, with their own stake in the outcome. When the decision involves your role, your direction, or something you need to work through before it becomes a conversation with anyone else, an internal sounding board is not sufficient.
Human Heart Work provides individual decision support for leaders who need a working relationship outside their organization. The work is structured, specific, and grounded in how you actually make decisions under pressure.
SECTION 1: WHERE TO START
Heading: Not sure what you need yet? Start here.
A free 30-minute exploration call is available for anyone who wants to understand what individual decision support looks like before committing to anything. This is not a sales call. If the work does not fit where you are right now, that is worth knowing. If it does, there is a natural next step from there.

SECTION 2: UNDERSTAND HOW YOU DECIDE
Heading: Before working through a decision, it helps to understand how you are making them.
The ELI assessment maps how you currently approach decisions under pressure. Where you draw your energy from. What assumptions you bring into high-stakes situations without examining them. What gets in the way when the decision is consequential and the margin for error is small.
The assessment is available as a standalone session or as the foundation for the full Decision Support Partnership.
ELI Assessment and Readout. 75 minutes. $250. ELI Assessment plus 360 Feedback and Readout. 75 minutes. $325.
The 360 version adds external peer feedback alongside the assessment. It gives a complete picture: how you are making decisions and how the people around you experience that.

SECTION 3: THE DECISION SUPPORT PARTNERSHIP
Heading: For leaders ready for sustained support over time.
The Decision Support Partnership is a three-month working relationship built around how you make decisions. It begins with the ELI assessment, which becomes the baseline for the engagement. From there, six sessions work through whatever you are carrying. Not a curriculum, not a program. A working relationship that follows what is actually in front of you.
This is not coaching in the way most people have experienced it. There is no homework, no frameworks to apply, no performance to maintain between sessions. There is a structured space to examine what you are responsible for with someone who has no organizational allegiance and no stake in the outcome.
Investment: $2,000 for the full engagement. ELI assessment and readout plus six sessions.

SECTION 4: ACCESSIBILITY
A limited number of reduced-rate engagements are available each quarter for leaders from under-resourced communities. If cost is a barrier, reach out directly.

SECTION 5: BRIDGE TO TEAM TRACK
Heading: Working through something with your team instead?
If the decision involves your team directly rather than something you are carrying personally, the organizational track may be the better starting point.
