TEAM DECISION RESET
HERO
One recurring decision. Thirty minutes. Your team leaves with a protocol they built together.
The Team Decision Reset is a facilitated session embedded in your existing team meeting. No additional time on the calendar. No prep required. The manager identifies the highest-friction decision in the practice. The team does the work of resolving it together.
Investment: $200
SECTION 1: HOW IT WORKS
Before the session, one question comes your way: what does your team keep revisiting that you would like to put to rest? That is the only preparation required.
In the session, the team names what is actually happening when the situation arises. Not the presenting problem. The decision underneath it. They locate who currently owns it and whether that is the right person. They build the resolution language together, specific enough to point to the next time it comes up.
The session closes with three things in place. A named protocol in language the team wrote. A clear owner who holds it. A 30-day check-in trigger so the team knows when to revisit if it resurfaces.
Your team leaves with a one-page protocol they can use the next morning. It goes on the wall. It travels to the next new hire. It becomes the answer the next time the situation comes up.
SECTION 2: WHAT THE SESSION PRODUCES
Every session produces one of three outcomes depending on what the decision needs.
A resolved decision with a named protocol and a clear owner. An agreed framework for how the team handles similar situations going forward. Or a shared behavioral agreement that names how the team shows up when the issue arises.
The outcome is determined by the decision itself, not by a predetermined agenda.
SECTION 3: WHO THIS IS FOR
The Reset works in any outpatient clinical setting. PT, OT, chiro, primary care. Teams of three to twenty-five. Independent practices and larger owned groups. The decisions it resolves are the same across all of them.
It works best when the manager has one specific recurring decision in mind and the team is in the same room or on the same call. Thirty minutes of focused work produces more durable resolution than months of case-by-case handling.
SECTION 4: BEFORE YOU BOOK
SECTION 4: GET STARTED
The form below takes about two minutes. It collects the basic information needed to make the pre-session conversation useful. Practice name, team size, the decision you want to work on, and any target dates you have in mind.
From there, the calendar opens so you can book a brief call. That conversation confirms the decision, answers any questions, and sets the session date. The Reset itself is scheduled from there.

SECTION 5: NOT SURE YET?
If you are not ready to book but want to understand whether this fits, the decision guide is a free resource that names the decisions most outpatient practices are navigating and gives you language to assess where your team is.

SECTION 6: BRIDGE TO REGIONAL SUPPORT
Managing decision inconsistency across multiple practices? The Team Decision Reset works at the practice level. For regional directors who need support at a broader scale, two additional engagements are available for conversation.
